Obesity Epidemic Part III

Let’s look at what obesity has done to your bones and joints. You are in constant joint pain. Because of the joint pain, you have resigned to be less active. Guess what? Your lack of physical activity is not going to make the obesity disappear. The key here is to exert more physical activity. More physical activity will lead to loss of pounds. Fewer pounds lead to less pain in your bones and joints.

Start your physical activity at a low rate at first. Work your way up to a more vigorous and robust physical routine. Don’t try to start at a level too high that will worsen the pain you already have. Don’t try to start at a level too high that you will not be able to sustain.
