Child Obesity

Recent research has uncovered interesting and startling information regarding child obesity. Children are eating more and participating less in physical activity. This leads to obesity in children. Families must start taking an active part in trying to reduce obesity in children by changing the lifestyle of the entire family making it more conducive to health and fitness.
Being an employee of a rural school system, I see problems with childhood obesity daily. This is an unrealistic observation and one that has stirred a lot of interest in me to want to research this growing problem.
Take control of your child's eating habits and physical activity now to do your part to combat childhood obesity. www.marymshields.usana.com
